About
Boxes were never meant to contain us. Witavation™ was born from the belief that transformation doesn't require choosing between funny or powerful, relatable or professional.
What Is Witavation™
Witavation™ is a transformation framework for people and organizations who are done with surface-level motivation.
Traditional motivation creates a temporary high. Witavation creates lasting change.
It focuses on language, clarity, and intentional action. When people can name what is actually happening, patterns shift. Behavior changes. Performance follows.
This work is not about hype. It is about truth, tools, and transformation.
Meet the Founder
I’m Sasha Simmons, creator of Witavation™.
I built this work after years of watching talented people stay stuck, not because they lacked potential, but because they lacked language, structure, and permission to move differently.
My approach blends humor with hard truths and lived experience with practical frameworks. I do not believe in choosing between being relatable or professional, funny or transformational, inspiring or useful. You can be all of it.
Witavation helps individuals and teams break free from reactive patterns and replace them with clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. People do not leave with a temporary spark. They leave with language they can use, tools they remember, and a clear path forward.
Witavation is not a moment. It is a method.

Testimonials
Sasha’s coaching gave our team the structure and clarity we were craving. Within 90 days, we went from disorganized and reactive to empowered and proactive — hitting certification milestones ahead of schedule and rebuilding trust with our customers.
Her framework turned our scattered weekly meetings into intentional spaces for growth. People who once felt overlooked were now leading sessions, presenting plans, and stepping into authority.
Sasha helped us move from constant catch-up mode to a forward-looking strategy. Staff felt more confident, more accountable, and more prepared to serve — and that confidence spilled over into every aspect of our work.
